We ship your order within 2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 14 days depending on your location. We ship Monday- Friday.

Missing/Lost Parcels & Insurance

BeDazzled Smilez will replace lost items solely upon confirmation by the carrier that the package is indeed lost. In the absence of such determination, it is the customer's responsibility to initiate contact with the shipping and/or courier company in order to track down their parcel.

Custom Duties and Taxes

The customer is obligated to cover any import fees, duties, or related costs imposed by the courier or shipping company, should they be deemed necessary. It is essential to acknowledge that each country has its own set of rules and regulations in this regard. Some shipping carriers may levy additional fees upon delivery. In the event that a customer declines or rejects payment of these fees upon delivery, their order will be deemed abandoned. BeDazzled Smilez does not assume any responsibility for settling duties, taxes, or fees cept liability for abandoned orders.
